About the bioperl-pipeline

The bioperl-pipeline is a workflow framework system that seeks to address some of the complexity involved in carrying out large scale bioinformatics analysis. It has been designed to work intimately with the bioperl package. A more detailed description of the pipeline is available here. The software is under active development and we encourage users to download and try out the pipeline and let us know what they like or not like.
